Code 3 ER is set to add the EPOWERdoc electronic medical record (EMR) at its urgent care center and emergency room at McCarran Airport in Las Vegas, and at its freestanding emergency center (FEC) in Rockport, Texas. The Rockport site went live in the spring.

A team from EPOWERdoc has been working this week with the staff of the Emergency Department at Guam Memorial Hospital to go-live with a new Electronic Health Record.

Over the past several decades, rural hospitals have closed at alarming rates. A 2016 study identified over 650 rural hospitals vulnerable to closure in 42 states with 38 percent of 1,332 Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) operating at a financial loss.

Fast Lane ER of Irving, Texas has selected EPOWERdoc to supply its electronic medical record (EMR). An established leader in the rapidly expanding freestanding emergency center (FEC) market, EPOWERdoc will work with the information technology team at Fast Lane ER to bring the system live in the coming weeks.

Iraan General Hospital in Iraan, Texas has selected EPOWERdoc to supply its electronic medical record (EMR) in the emergency department. An established leader in the industry, EPOWERdoc will work with the information technology team at FACILITY to bring the system live in the coming weeks.

Seminole Hospital District of Seminole, Texas, which includes Memorial Hospital, has selected EPOWERdoc as its electronic medical record (EMR) provider in its emergency department. The EPOWERdoc team is engaged with the information technology department at the medical center to bring the EMR live in early 2017.

EPOWERdoc has been selected to provide its emergency medical record (EMR) to ER Centers of America (ERCA) Family ER and Urgent Care centers in Plano, Texas and Lubbock, Texas. The two sites went live with the EMR in the fall.

When it opens in December, the new Select ER in Sherman, Texas will use the EPOWERdoc emergency medical record (EMR). The EPOWERdoc team is engaged with the information technology department at the freestanding emergency center to bring the EMR live in the coming weeks. This is the second Select ER location that will use the EPOWERdoc EMR.

Troy Regional Medical Center of Troy, Alabama has selected EPOWERdoc as its electronic medical record (EMR) provider in its emergency department. The EPOWERdoc team is engaged with the information technology department at the medical center to bring the EMR live in the coming weeks.

The Guam Memorial Hospital Authority has selected EPOWERdoc to provide its EMRdoc electronic medical record (EMR) platform in its emergency department. This is the first EMR client outside of the continental United States for EPOWERdoc and is an indicator of the growing demand for the product, built specifically for use in the emergency department.
