One of the Largest Freestanding Emergency Clinics in Texas Chooses EPOWERdoc for EMR

OMAHA, Neb.-- One of the largest freestanding emergency (FSED) providers in Texas recently selected the EPOWERdoc Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform for all its clinics. Neighbors Emergency Center, based in Pearland, Texas, currently operates nine FSED locations in the Houston and Austin area, and has plans to open eight additional sites in 2015.

EPOWERdoc will work with the flagship location in Pearland on the initial install of the EMR and then work with the eight other sites through the spring to bring the comprehensive patient management platform live across the network. Combined, Neighbors Emergency Center clinics serve more than 60,000 patients annually.
