Mississippi County Health System in Blytheville, Arkansas has signed a contract to implement to the full EPOWERdoc EMR system at its two facilities. Great River Medical Center in Blytheville and South Mississippi Regional Medical Center in Osceola, Arkansas will begin using the system in spring 2012.
