Does your company have 24/7/365 product support ?

Each facility is given access to a 24/7 customer support line for technical difficulties with the program. Those concerns are logged into our customer service database, where they are assigned a responsible party who then provides continuous feedback to the client until the issue is resolved. Our support number is always staffed by an EPOWERdoc employee. If they cannot address your concern immediately, they will contact another member of the team and that callback time is typically under 15 minutes.
